Buckhead Coalition Encourages Fall Election Participation and Informed Voting

ATLANTA, October 9, 2025 – The Buckhead Coalition, a member-driven organization of business and civic leaders committed to improving the quality of life in Buckhead within the City of Atlanta, today announced the launch of its Get Out the Vote campaign. This initiative aims to encourage voter turnout and promote informed decision-making in the upcoming local elections.
The campaign includes the following resources:
- Candidate Questionnaires outlining positions on key issues affecting the Buckhead community
- Digital Signage Toolkits for Atlanta-based businesses to help raise awareness about Early Voting and Election Day
- Targeted Social Media Ads delivering key election dates and voting information to Buckhead residents
“Voting is one of the most powerful ways to make your voice heard,” said Jim Durrett, President & CEO of the Buckhead Coalition. “By offering these free resources, we hope to empower more Atlanta residents to feel informed, confident, and ready to participate in the democratic process.”
All mayoral and city council candidates were invited to complete the Buckhead Coalition’s voluntary questionnaire. Uniquely designed, the questionnaire offers voters a clear understanding of each candidate’s stance on issues affecting Buckhead and their district, as well as their broader priorities and vision for Atlanta’s future.
