Zack Gober

Zack is a Buckhead native who is President of Lavista Associates Inc., a 50-Year-Old, Full-Service Third-Party Brokerage Firm headquartered in Buckhead. He is active in Investment Sale Transactions, Leasing and Mixed-Use Development throughout the Southeast, with a focus on Metro Atlanta.
Zack, a History Major at the University of Georgia with thoughts of becoming a real estate attorney, joined the banking industry out of college at BB&T for 10 years before joining Lavista Associates, Inc. At Lavista, he held positions of Licensed Salesperson, Executive Vice President and COO prior to his current position.
In addition to his role at Lavista Associates, Inc., Zack chairs Neighborhood Planning Unit C for NW Buckhead and serves on multiple committees with the City of Atlanta and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Zack is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Atlanta Planning Advisory Board.
