Noble Properties, Inc.®, “NPI”, is a real estate development, management, and investment company. Retail, residential (condominiums and apartments), office, hotels, and mixed-use projects are areas of the company’s expertise. NPI is typically an owner developer and is continually interested in quality projects and investments.
Vivian DuBose has served Noble Properties, Inc.® and its founder, Ed Noble, since 1980. She currently serves as its President/CEO. Vivian has an extensive background in financial and investment management.
Vivian has served on numerous community and corporate boards. Her corporate board service has included: Auto Crane, Blue Gold Mussels, Noble Inns Corp., Stephen’s Children, and Skyland Trail. Her focuses are Strategic Planning, Investments and Audit. She has also headed numerous search committees, served as President of the Buckhead Business Association, the Business Representative to NPU-B, and on the boards of Visitors for Emory University, TCU and Southern Methodist University.
Originally from Oklahoma, Vivian grew up in Atlanta. She earned a B.S. degree from T.C.U. in Fort Worth, TX and M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
