Vivian N. DuBose

President & Chief Executive Officer - Noble Properties, Inc.

Vivian DuBose has served Noble Properties, Inc.® and its predecessor since 1980. She currently serves as its President/CEO. Vivian has an extensive background in financial and investment management. Her diversified experience includes as President of Atlanta’s Ginco, Inc., an Interior Design firm; as Manager, Vice President, President and then CEO/President of NPI; former experience includes: Manager with Noble Inns Corporation in Georgia, Florida, and Ohio; managing personal financial affairs of NPI’s founder; American Airlines-Data Processing & Computer Services (financial analysis, budgeting, and planning including a Disaster Plan) in Tulsa, OK; and Utica National Bank and Trust, Tulsa, OK-Strategic Planning, budgeting, special projects including expansion and location selection, and bank investments.

Vivian has served on numerous community and corporate boards. Her corporate service has included: Auto Crane, Blue Gold Mussels, Noble Inns Corp., Noble Research Institute, and others. Currently, she serves as a director of Stephen’s Children, member of Women Shaping Shepherd, and is on the Emeritus Board of Skyland Trail. She also served as President of the Buckhead Business Association, business representative for NPU-B and on the Board of Visitors for Emory University as well as for T.C.U. & Southern Methodist University.

Originally from Oklahoma, Vivian grew up in Atlanta and is a graduate of The Westminster Schools. She earned a B.S. degree from T.C.U. in Fort Worth, TX and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
