Paul D. Little serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alston Construction Company, and is a leader in the construction management field. With more than 40 years of industry knowledge, Paul has hands-on experience in every facet of the business, ranging from Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Business Development and Project Executive. In 2007, Paul assumed the leadership of Alston Construction, and started the process of growing Alston into a more diversified construction company, by broadening its client base and expanding the national footprint. Through his leadership, Alston has learned to embrace change and developed enhanced use of technology and improved its overall systems and processes. Perhaps more importantly, he has set a tone for a culture that has helped Alston attract and retain outstanding staff resources that deliver a level of service that is second to none.
Paul holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout his career he has always found time for family and community service. A resident of Atlanta for more than 30 years, Paul has spent most of his career shaping the city that he loves with significant contributions to many civic and charitable organizations. He is also an active member of civic and organizations including the Buckhead Coalition and NAIOP.
