Mike Minutelli

As Co-founder and Managing Partner of The Macallan Group, Mike Minutelli provides strategic leadership across the firm’s diverse operating companies and investments. He oversees operations, finance, business development, and overall growth initiatives, driving performance and long-term value creation.

The Macallan Group owns, operates, and manages a portfolio of independent companies specializing in key sectors of the real estate, development, and construction industries. These sectors include multifamily development, homebuilding and residential communities, commercial construction, senior living, real estate brokerage, material distribution, and specialty contracting.

Mike began his career at Brasfield & Gorrie, where he managed high-profile office, healthcare, and senior living projects throughout Georgia. He later became a Partner at The Macauley Companies, playing a pivotal role in the development of over 10,000 residential lots in master-planned communities across metro Atlanta.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Georgia State University and is a proud alumnus of The Bolles School in Jacksonville, FL. Mike is an unlimited-tier licensed general contractor in multiple states, a licensed Georgia real estate agent, a LEED-certified professional, and a graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership.

A resident of Atlanta since 1995, Mike has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of its “40 Under 40” and among the “100 Key Leaders Shaping Atlanta.” He is a member of YPO and actively involved in the community, serving on the Executive Board of Directors for the L.E.A.D. Center for Youth and the Board of Visitors for The Bolles School. He has also held leadership and committee roles at both the Marist School and Christ the King School.
