Kristine Maggio
Regional Operating Officer - Transwestern
Kristine serves as Regional Operating Officer for the Transwestern Southeast offices. In this role, Kristine oversees operations, team management and administrative and marketing processes that drive performance through implementation and execution of initiatives that support the regions strategic goals. Partnering with the East Region President, Kristine develops and implements service line strategy, regional business planning, annual budgeting, execution of new business pursuits as well as ensuring high team member retention, recruiting and overall team culture and support. She oversees all regional philanthropic efforts and internal and external collaborations. As a key team member on the Transwestern DEI Steering Committee, Kristine manages the company’s national DEI framework and overarching goals. In addition, she works with stakeholders across the country to foster a collaborative, supportive workplace.
Prior to her current role, Kristine held the position of executive vice president/regional marketing director. In this capacity she was responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans for the firm’s Atlanta and Miami offices. She quickly established herself and marketing team as a leader in the commercial real estate marketing space with innovative pitches, video marketing, and creative property marketing. In addition, Kristine increased overall brand awareness through public relations efforts including deal coverage, thought leadership and editorial opportunities.
Kristine serves as marketing advisor to the Board of Mary Hall Freedom House, volunteer Softball coach at Northside Youth Organization (NYO), and past Board member and coach for Rhyne Park, a girl’s fast pitch softball league. In addition, she is an active advisor to the Board of Parents Partnered for Preemies.
Education
Kristine received her bachelor’s in English from College of Saint Elizabeth in New Jersey. She is a 4-year NCAA basketball player.
