Heidi L. LaMarca

As the President and CEO, Heidi LaMarca is responsible for steering the firm’s strategic growth and new service offerings. Heidi also has extensive experience in employee benefit plan services, which includes Employee Benefit Plan audits, Form 5500 filings and advisory services. Heidi was named a 2020 Most Admired CEO by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was also named a 2019 Managing Partner Elite by Accounting Today. She’s one of ten Managing Partners nationwide to receive the MP Elite award. Under her leadership, Windham Brannon has been named Accounting Today‘s Best Firm to Work For, and an AJC Top Place to Work for five consecutive years.

With over 26 years of experience, Heidi has expertise in the areas of financial statement audits and reviews for real estate, manufacturing, retail/wholesale, and service industries as well as not-for-profit organizations, such as private schools, HUD-financed apartment buildings, membership organizations, and charitable organizations. Additionally, Heidi has expertise in internal control reviews in connection with SOC1 engagements for 401(k) record keepers and claims administrators, compliance with Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley, due diligence and several CPA firm peer reviews. She currently serves on AGN’s Executive Committee and has served as the chair of the planning committee for the AICPA National Conference on Employee Benefit plans for two years and completed a three-year term on the executive committee of the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center of the AICPA.

Heidi has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida and began her career in auditing with KPMG in Atlanta. In addition to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, she is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Buckhead Coalition.
