Brian M. Nelson

Brian Nelson is the Regional Vice President for Simon’s assets in the Southeast US. In his 21 year career with Simon, he has held regional and asset management positions for properties in New England, Florida and Indiana, and has worked in Simon’s corporate office in several business development-related roles. Brian has served on several Economic Development and community boards in and around Indianapolis. He has a BSBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. He and his wife Stacy have two daughters, both married, and one grandchild.
