As Executive Vice President and Georgia Commercial Banking Executive at Cadence Bank, BJ oversees the strategic development, growth, quality, and profitability of commercial activities in Georgia. With over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate, and commercial banking (Banc of America Securities, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Wachovia), BJ provides oversight and direction to the commercial banking team which is focused on meeting the banking and financing needs of clients in a variety of industries.
BJ is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Emory University (MBA), Leadership Georgia, and is either an active or past Board Member of Trees Atlanta, Woodruff Arts Center, Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Kenan-Flagler Business School Alumni Council, and St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP Georgia – Poverty Alleviation).
