Regenia R. Sanders is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience driving business transformation, supply chain innovation, and management consulting across global Fortune 500 and Private Equity portfolio companies. Renowned for her expertise in supply chain management, business strategy, and technology enablement, Regenia is widely recognized as a trusted advisor, speaker, and thought leader in the fields of advanced manufacturing, mobility, and operations transformation.

Currently, Regenia serves as a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP (EY), where she holds multiple market and practice leadership positions. She is the Managing Partner for EY’s Atlanta Office, responsible for the growth and profitability of a $900M market and the development of an inclusive staff of over 2,500 professionals. In her capacity as Global Client Serving Partner for the Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility sector, she oversees major client portfolios, providing strategic guidance on topics ranging from corporate strategy to technology and operations transformation. Regenia previously led EY’s Business Consulting practice for the US Central Region and served as the Americas Supply Chain & Operations Leader, where she was instrumental in positioning EY’s capabilities at the forefront of industry analyst rankings.

Her earlier career includes senior leadership roles at Six Sigma Academy (SSA) & Company, where Regenia drove practice development and business technology strategy, and at Accenture, where she managed large-scale ERP and business transformation programs for clients in industrial manufacturing, utilities, and public service sectors.

Regenia’s core expertise lies in the design and delivery of end-to-end supply chain strategies, encompassing sourcing, procurement, planning, manufacturing, and fulfillment.
