PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
David Rubenstein joined Savills in 2016 and has worked exclusively as a tenant representative since 2000. His diverse background in commercial real estate includes development, leasing and finance for office, industrial and healthcare properties. As a top producing member of the Atlanta office, David has represented both public and privately held companies across industries. While based in Atlanta, he has worked extensively on portfolio assignments for companies with locations around the globe.
Prior to working with Savills, David was a Principal with both Cresa and The Miller Richmond Company, two real estate brokerage firms dedicated exclusively to tenant representation. He has also worked for Cousins Properties and Holder Properties. two of the most active developers in the southeastern United States.
Some of David’s recent clients include Barnes & Thornburg, Carr Riggs & Ingram, Colonial Pipeline, Edible Arrangements, Focus Brands, Greenlight Financial Technology, Jones Day, OneTrust, Reproductive Biology Associates, Roark Capital Group, Rooms To Go, and Versant Health.

David has received The Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 under 40” distinction and The Atlanta Bar Association’s Distinguished Service Award. As a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, David has been consistently recognized as a top producer of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS’ Million Dollar Club, and he has received the Phoenix Award for over 10 years of consistent top-level service and production.
David is currently a member of Leadership Atlanta, a board member of the William Brennan Jewish Home Foundation, and an executive board member of Conexx, the American-Israel business connector. He has previously served on the City of Sandy Springs Planning Commission, the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust, and the Atlanta CEO Council board of directors.
David is currently a college mentor through the Greenhouse Scholars program.
