Joy Rohadfox is the CEO of Rohadfox Construction Control Services, a 46-year-old Civil Engineering, Construction, and Program management firm. She serves as the strategic driver for RCCSC because of her ability to take a vision and makes it a reality through sound strategy development. Joy’s strategic leadership, understanding of the industry, and knowledge of the market have resulted in Rohadfox developing tactical and long-term partnerships with some of the world’s largest engineering firms on multibillion-dollar infrastructure projects. Under her 22 years of leadership, the firm has increased its national footprint to 12 offices throughout the United States in the aviation, transportation, transit, and water/wastewater market sector.
Rohadfox received her B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her MBA from Georgia State University, and her MPH from Mercer University.
Throughout her career, Rohadfox has been honored locally and nationally for contributing to the construction industry. She has been featured in publications by WE Magazine for Women, Black Enterprise, and American DBE. She was recently honored as a “Woman ofinfluence” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and by the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials as a
“Woman Who Moves the Nation.” Additionally, Rohadfox was recently inducted into the Atlanta Business League Hall of Fame. She also was named one of the top 100 influential women in Georgia for three consecutive years by Engineering Georgia Magazine.
Rohadfox maintains active involvement in several community service organizations. She currently serves as the Chair of the National Kidney Foundation Southern Region’s Board and is a member of The Carter Center Board of Councilors. Rohadfox is the wife of Rick Frazier, President of Heartland Coca-Cola.
