Gas South – Buckhead Coalition Partnership Contributes $100,000 to Shepherd Center Adolescent Care

ATLANTA – Nov. 9th, 2022 – Gas South is excited to make this generous donation of $100,000 to Shepherd Center through our legacy partnership with the Buckhead Coalition that was fostered in 2012 by Sam Massell. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of this union, Gas South and the Buckhead Coalition are directing these funds to help fundraise for Shepherd Center’s rehabilitation programs for teens. This donation will help support their new capital campaign, aimed at helping patients recover from spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and other neurological illnesses.

The partnership between Gas South and the Buckhead Coalition provides Buckhead’s natural gas consumers who switch to Gas South a two-cent per therm discount.
