Frank DeBorde is the Chair of the Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Practice at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP and has practiced as a bankruptcy and workout lawyer for more than three decades. He is listed as a top lawyer in bankruptcy in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and is AV rated, the highest peer rating for attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell. Frank and his wife, Charlene, were both born and raised in Atlanta and have three children, Alexandra, Frank Jr, and Caroline. As a lifelong Atlantan, Frank continuously gives back to his community and is a frequent volunteer at Mercy Care and Habitat for Humanity. He also serves on the Board of the Buckhead Coalition and the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation.
