Areas of Focus

Public Safety

Promoting awareness of safety issues and solutions, providing support for public safety officers, and partnering with stakeholders to encourage collaborative ideas that will yield tangible results.

City Services

Taxpayers, both residents and businesses, deserve to receive quality city services such as trash pick-up, water and sewer, and road repair. Our goal is to advocate for the services we expect to receive.

Zoning

The City of Atlanta is undergoing a rewrite of its zoning ordinance. Our immediate goal is to understand the process and objectives, to engage in the process, and to inform Buckhead stakeholders.

Transportation + Infrastructure

Atlanta voters approved three funding measures in 2022 to deliver transportation, public safety and parks infrastructure improvements. Our immediate goal is to advocate for delivery of what has been promised and to inform Buckhead stakeholders about program delivery.

Homelessness

Working with organizations committed to homeless outreach and recuperation, the Buckhead Coalition seeks to relieve the suffering of our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
